About Katelyn Peterson

Originally from West Virginia, Katelyn came to Austin after spending time in Miami, Los Angeles, and NYC. Her experience living in these vibrant cities has provided a unique opportunity to work with many different people from all walks of life and gain unique experiences.

With over a decade of industry experience, Katelyn started her real estate career at Hilton & Hyland in Beverly Hills selling luxury homes throughout the Los Angeles area. She then moved to NYC, where she worked under the Doug Harmon & Adam Spies Investment Sales team at Cushman & Wakefield. Katelyn now serves the Austin market, specializing in sourcing luxury properties for relocation clients and residential investment properties.

Her love of architecture and design, providing value, and establishing strong relationships make real estate a natural fit. Passionate about helping others, Katelyn makes clients feel comfortable and confident that they are taken care of.
